Reasons for Returns:

- Wrong or Missing Item: If you have received a wrong item or any part is missing from your coffee machine package please get in touch with us immediately.
- Damage: In case your coffee machine has suffered damage during shipping or handling please ensure that you capture clear photographs of the damage and reach out to us as soon as possible.
Return Duration:
You have a window of 5 to 7 days, from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please make sure that the item you wish to return is in same condition, including all accessories, manuals and packaging.
